Manila, Philippines — An AI-powered platform that enables autonomous AI agents to purchase and access App Store Optimization (ASO) data took home the top prize at Morph’s Build In! Payments Hackathon, underscoring the growing capabilities of Filipino Web3 developers in building practical payment technologies.
Called Sniffy, the winning solution was developed to help founders and product teams automate ASO research by integrating it directly into agentic workflows. Instead of requiring manual dashboard monitoring, AI agents can independently retrieve ASO insights, helping teams accelerate product research and improve app visibility across the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
The Build In! Payments Hackathon was organized by Morph together with Bitget’s Blockchain4Youth initiative and DvCode Technologies Inc., bringing together developers to create payment solutions across five tracks: Cross-Border Remittance, SME Payments, Payroll/B2B, FX Treasury, and x402 Agentic Payments.
Other award-winning projects represented a diverse range of payment innovations. Mandate402 secured the x402 Agentic Payments title, while Centrus Sovereign won in Cross-Border Remittance. Ember was recognized for SME Payments, PayMemo received the Payroll/B2B award, Agent Mesh captured the Community Choice Award, and Echo earned the Blockchain4Youth Award.
Together, the winning teams demonstrated how emerging technologies can address practical financial challenges while showcasing the depth of technical talent within the Philippine Web3 community.
Developers competed for a prize pool totaling 3,500 USDC, with finalists presenting their projects during the awarding ceremony held at YSpaces BGC in Taguig City.
Beyond recognizing technical excellence, the organizers said the hackathon was designed to inspire innovation, encourage experimentation, and expand opportunities for builders within the Morph ecosystem. Participants also gained exposure to Morph’s technology stack, developer community, and ecosystem initiatives.

Participants attended a session led by Eli Rabadon, CEO of DvCode Technologies Inc. and author of Programming4Youth: Code Like a Cook, who challenged aspiring builders to embrace experimentation, adaptability, and creative problem-solving throughout their development journey.
